When it’s extremely cold, we apply a temperature limit for children up to 12 years old at -18 degrees Celsius (0°F). In such cases, we do not allow children to go on the tour.

Between -28 to -32 degrees Celsius (-18°F to -26°F), we shorten the long tour to a 1.5-hour trip.

From -32 degrees Celsius (-26°F) and colder, we cancel all tours.

Yes! There are pants, jackets, gloves, and shoes available to borrow before each tour. We also rent out clothes if you need them for several days.

Please note that our rental clothing is available only in adult sizes. Be sure to dress your child appropriately and warmly.

Both yes and no. It varies from day to day depending on the temperature and the weight of the sled. But generally, you should be prepared to be physically active. If you have physical concerns such as a bad knee/foot, back pain, or anything else that prevents you from driving the dog sled yourself, please inform us when booking or upon arrival so we can adapt accordingly.

Yes! Children from 4 years old are welcome to ride along. Children under 4 years old are not allowed to ride due to safety reasons and the cold.

Yes! Of course, you can greet and pet our dogs. However, we kindly ask that you don’t give them dog treats from home. Our dogs are not used to dog treats, which can lead to an upset stomach.
