1) Terms for Booked Activity Only

General
Unless a special agreement has been made, the following rules apply.Booking and Confirmation
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing, or via our booking system. When booking, you are required to provide your name, address, arrival and departure times, and how payment will be made. Different rules apply for different prices; see detailed price information.Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations must be made no later than 3:00 PM local time on the day of arrival. Exceptions apply if another agreement was made at the time of booking. If you do not show up without canceling or cancel later than 3:00 PM, you are required to pay for the activity.Payment
For some prices, prepayment is required; in other cases, payment is made in connection with the activity at Spruce Island Husky. Spruce Island Husky prefers that you pay with a debit/credit card. We accept the most common cards but are not obliged to accept specific credit cards, checks, coupons, or foreign currency unless Spruce Island Husky has offered to do so. 2) Terms for Packages (Accommodation Plus Food/Activity) or Package-Like Arrangements for Individuals

General
When ordering, you are required to provide your name, address, arrival and departure times, and how payment will be made. Different rules apply for different price amounts; see detailed information. To book an activity or a package-like arrangement at Granö Beckasin, for yourself or someone else, you must be at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to participate in any activities without a guardian’s company. If you have a disability, serious health condition such as physical or mental illness, or are pregnant, you must contact us before booking so that we can ensure that your intended package can be carried out without issues.Booking and Confirmation
For bookings of activities or package-like arrangements that do not exceed a total value of 5,000 SEK, the following conditions apply:
A booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing, or via the booking system. Payment can be made in advance, upon arrival, or upon departure. The guest is required to inform how the payment is to be made at the time of booking.For bookings that exceed a total value of 5,000 SEK, the following conditions apply:
Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation by mail or email and a booking number. 20% of the total amount is paid within 10 days, and the remaining amount is paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.

  • If the booking is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the entire amount is paid at the time of booking.
  • The agreement is binding for both parties only after at least one partial payment.
  • At the time of booking, cancellation protection can be taken out. (Read more about this under cancellation protection).

Cancellation Terms
Cancellations must be made earlier than 30 days before the departure date.
If the package is canceled later than 30 days before the arrival date, the following costs apply:

  • 30 days – 14 days before the arrival date, 25% of the trip’s price is charged.
  • 13 days – 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the trip’s price is charged.
  • 8 days or less before the departure date, the entire trip’s price is charged.
    Rescheduling follows the same rules as cancellation.

Change of Booking
Spruce Island Husky reserves the right to change an arrangement due to circumstances beyond our control. We always aim to solve problems that arise with common sense and to everyone’s satisfaction.Price Change
The price can only be changed due to cost increases resulting from:

  • Changes in transport costs.
  • Changes in taxes, duties, or fees regarding services included in the trip.
  • Changes in the exchange rate that affect the organizer’s costs for the trip.
  • The price cannot be increased during the last 20 days before the agreed departure date.

3) Terms and Special Conditions for Activity and Arrangement

Cancellation Terms
The expedition fee for cancellation and date change is 150 SEK/adult, 75 SEK/child, and 75 SEK/person for group bookings. Cancellations must be made earlier than 30 days before the departure date. If the arrangement is canceled later than 30 days before the arrival date, in addition to the expedition fee, the following costs apply:

  • 30 days – 14 days before the arrival date, 25% of the trip’s price is charged.
  • 13 days – 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the trip’s price is charged.
  • 8 days or less before the departure date, the entire trip’s price is charged.
    Rescheduling follows the same rules as cancellation.

Change of Booking
Spruce Island Husky reserves the right to change an arrangement due to circumstances beyond our control. We always aim to solve problems that arise with common sense and to everyone’s satisfaction.

4) Terms for Conference and Group Booking

Cancellations must be made in writing.Up to 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation is free of charge.
If the cancellation is made 4 weeks before arrival, 25% of the order value is charged, 3 weeks before arrival 50%, 2 weeks before 75%, and 1 week before 100% of the order value. If Spruce Island Husky has had special costs due to the cancellation, in addition to the value of the order, these must be fully compensated by the customer.Changes in the number of guests, up to 10% of the number of pre-booked guests, can be made up to five days before arrival free of charge; thereafter, the pre-booked number of guests will be charged even if the group is smaller.

5) Handling of Personal Data

We handle your personal data in your capacity as a visitor and guest with us. This is done so that we can manage bookings for accommodations, activities, and restaurant visits and to otherwise administer your stay with us. For these purposes, we handle the information you provide to us, such as name, phone number, email, and personal number. We also use certain information as a basis for compiling statistics.The legal basis for our handling is to fulfill the agreement/arrangement with you, but also to fulfill our legal obligations under the Accounting Act. Persons who can access your personal data are employees within Spruce Island Husky or consultants contracted by Spruce Island Husky.Spruce Island Husky may disclose your personal data to our partners who arrange activities you participate in and/or certain accommodations you stay at that are outside the Spruce Island Husky facility.By making a booking online, you agree to receive our newsletter, which is sent 1-2 times per month. You can unsubscribe at any time.The other personal data you provide to us is stored in our systems until we no longer need them for the aforementioned purposes, after which your data is deleted.You have several rights as a registered person. You have the right to request access to your personal data (a so-called register extract). You also have the right to request that incorrect personal data be corrected and to request the deletion of your personal data. You have the right to object to the handling of your personal data and request a restriction. You also have the right to request that your personal data be transferred from us to another entity.
